Catch mistakes early
Upload fees aren't usually refunded if an item is rejected, so check seams and sides first.
Check your Roblox clothing before you spend Robux. Upload a shirt or pants template (585×559) or a T-shirt image, and see it on a 3D avatar you can rotate, with shirt and pants layered like in game.
Add a shirt PNG, a pants PNG, a T-shirt image, or any combination.
Drag to turn it around and check the back, sides, sleeves and shoes.
Spot a misplaced panel? Fix it in your editor or our clothes maker, then upload the file again.
When it looks right, upload it to Roblox, knowing every panel is in place.

Shirts draw over pants on the torso, and T-shirts sit on top of both.
Files are read by your browser only and never uploaded.
Roblox charges 80 Robux to upload a classic shirt or pants, and that fee generally isn't refunded if moderation rejects the item. A quick 3D check catches the common mistakes before you pay: a sleeve on the wrong face, a back panel that's upside down, forgotten sides, or a graphic that sits too low on the chest.
| Mistake | What you see in 3D | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Empty side panels | Skin-colored stripes on the sides | Fill the L and R panels |
| Arms swapped | Details on the wrong sleeve | The right arm is on the template's left |
| Wrong image size | Panels shifted or stretched | Export at exactly 585×559 |
| Upside-down back | Back graphic flipped | Draw the back as seen from behind |
| Shirt hides belt | No belt visible | Leave the shirt's lower torso transparent |
The preview cuts your 585×559 image into the same panels Roblox uses and wraps each one onto a blocky avatar: six faces for the torso and six for each arm or leg. Your pants show on the legs and under the shirt on the torso; your shirt covers the torso and arms; a T-shirt sits on the front of the torso.
Use the Roblox Clothes Maker to fix a panel, or start from a blank shirt template or pants template. To generate a design from a description, try the Skinomics app.
Upload your shirt or pants PNG on this page and rotate the 3D avatar to check every side. It's free and the files stay on your device.
A PNG or JPG. Shirts and pants should be 585×559 pixels; other sizes are scaled to fit and may look stretched.
Yes. Upload both and the shirt is drawn over the pants on the torso, like in game.
It's a close guide using the classic blocky body. Lighting differs, and Roblox notes that many user-made avatar bodies don't support 2D classic clothing.
No. Your browser reads the file locally; nothing is sent to a server.
